The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), in conjunction with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recently organised a Train the Trainers workshop on campaign finance, monitoring and tracking for the Commission’s Election & Party Monitoring staff in Owerri, Imo State recently.
