Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof, Mahmood Yakubu has led a six-man delegation on a Study Visit to observe the Norwegian parliamentary election held on 11th September, 2017 at the invitation of the Norwegian government. The Commission traditionally sends teams to observe elections in other countries, just as it invites both local and international observers to monitor elections held in Nigeria.
