The International Centre for Parliamentary Studies (ICPS) has organized a professional training on New Techniques and Methodologies for Electoral Research for INEC Commission members, Secretary to the Commission and The Electoral Institute (TEI) directing staff.
The training, which took place at the Park Royal Hotel, Westminster, London between 14th and 19th December focused on Electoral Research, Applying New Techniques to Research and Research to Policy and Practice.
Dr. Toby James, Senior Lecturer and Head of Politics, School of Politics, Philosophy, Communication and Language Studies at the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom (UK) was the Lead Facilitator. He is also the co-founder and Convener of the Electoral Management Research Network.
